A Blogger approved way to style an Off-shoulder top and Mom jeans.

One of the best thing about 2017 was the major comeback of fashionable pieces from the 90s. The Mom jeans and of course everything Off-shoulder are definitely top of my list.

I know everyone is doing a “2017 in retrospect” post and all that reminiscing but I choose to be different 😉

Now down to the business of the day. I’ve worn these pieces many times but never got around to put together a proper blog post. So I said to myself, why not make it the last Style post of 2017?

Disclaimer – This post features more pictures than words, so be prepared.

The fabric for my top is from @asoebigirl and it was gifted to me by my girl Vicky a.k.a thelazyoutfitter. You must have seen her boot-cut pants made from the same fabric on the ‘gram.

The good people at Miolla Couture turned this fabric into an off-shoulder top, talk about some Fairy God Mother ish and voilá, I’m a slaying baby girl.

My mom jeans are from the thrift market and it is one of my best buys of 2017. As usual, I chose the minimalist route (the minimalist life chose me tbh) and kept things laid back yet chic.

Paired my jeans and top with sneakers, a mini purse, and the usual basic accessories. I wore this outfit to the #TofunmiDisuPopUpSale that held on Tuesday, December 26, 2017.

The environment was cool for a shoot, so I took advantage of it. I definitely want the Mom jeans and Off-shoulder top to stay in 2018. Like it’s one of the easiest looks to put together. Am I right or am I right?
