Fall Season Style Inspo – Olive on Olive 1

Monochromatic Olive Outfit – Fall Style Inspiration.

Hello guys, the weekend is finally here accompanied with yet another public holiday because my country, NIGERIA marks its Independence today (google for more deets in case you ain’t Nigerian)

As opposed to my usual Tales from the Town post at the end of the month I’ll be posting a Fall inspired look that has been lying around in my drafts for a while.

Yes! I know I’m in Nigeria, we don’t have four seasons, but I sure can get inspiration from the colours synonymous to Autumn/Fall.

I googled Fall Colors and I was glad when Olive and Burgundy popped up. I had taken these shots during Summer (August) season and so it felt apt to post now.

I chose to pair my Olive Green chiffon shirt with my equally olive bandage/pencil skirt and added my nude heeled – sandals and of course my trusty burgundy satchel just had to be in the picture.

I actually took these pictures outside of my house which is wayyy out of my comfort zone, I was pretty shy because I had onlookers but this didn’t stop my sister from taking shots of my shy/awkward poses.

Other colors synonymous to fall include mustard yellow, royal blue, blush pink.

Apparently any color of a light shade or having an earthy tone to it.

I was having a shoe malfunction πŸ˜”πŸ˜ here can you tell? Therefore I had to change location and yes! Shoes.
I had a nice time shooting this look tho, I think I should try out new locations too.

Watch out for the second Monochromatic Olive look.
